Tool 2. Your members

This tool can help you summarize what you may need to know about your members to help you set priorities for a falls prevention or active living program.

Bring together your program planning committee or a small group of members. Have individuals answer the questions in the table to the best of their ability. Then share your answers and, together, answer the questions on the next page.
