Program tool 18. Sample evaluation questions and strategies

This tool lists different kinds of questions you might ask to collect the information you need related to your programs. The questions are based on the goals and objectives of the Active Independent Aging Program.

Sample strategies and tools that you could use to collect the information are also included. Some of these strategies require greater resources and expertise (for example, interviewing skills) than others, so you will need to consider what is feasible for your centre.
