Assessing changes made to your surroundings

Two tools found in Resources: Program Tools are recommended as part of an evaluation of programs intended to encourage and support modifications to the surroundings at your centre or in your community.

These tools can help your members identify fall hazards. Also, both include features in your building or neighbourhood that might encourage or discourage older adults from being active.
